General Shipping & Tax Charges
Orders placed for shipment within the 48 continental United States are generally shipped UPS Ground (Smaller items may be shipped via United States Postal Service). Express shipping is available at an additional cost for all items. Shipping will never exceed $4.99 within the 48 continental United States and is calculated during checkout. We apologize, but APOs/FPOs, Hawaii, and Alaska orders will NOT be shipped. We DO NOT ship to International destinations. Sorry, but we are not able to guarantee shipping times for packages shipped via Parcel Post. Sales tax will be charged for Michigan residents only.
Continental U.S. orders generally ship same day (UPS Ground) on in-stock orders received before 5 p.m. EST weekdays. Orders take apx. 3 - 7 business days to arrive. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
Out of Stock Items
99% of our products are ALWAYS in stock. However, there is a slight chance a product may be out of stock at the time of your order. Out of stock items usually ship within 7 - 10 business days. If an order is placed for an out of stock item, it will be shipped once it becomes available.
Order Status
While we take great pride in our ability to ship your purchases quickly, we understand the importance of knowing when it will actually arrive. As you complete the order process, we attempt to give you an accurate estimate of when your order will be delivered

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, E Check, Paypal, and Debit Cards. All orders are processed in real-time through our secure server. We also accept money orders and checks and ship upon receipt and clearance of check.

Damaged Items
If there are any damages upon receipt of your order, you will receive a replacement part or item at no additional cost. Please contact us and we will promptly assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return any item, you may return it within 30 days of placing
your order, given that it is in new condition
and is in its original packaging. Customers
will be responsible for return shipment.
(Express delivery fees are not eligible
for refund.) Please e-mail us at

and we will provide you with a return
address for your package. Please remember,
you cannot return your package to our
P.O. Box as it will NOT be accepted, you
must call or e-mail us for a proper return
street address. Please leave a detailed
explanation as to why you are returning
your item(s) and keep in mind they MUST
be in new condition and in its original
packaging.

Some of our products contain small parts and may be a choking hazard. Please read and follow any and all directions/guidelines set forth by each individual manufacturer on their respective products. Some of our products are magnetic. Always keep a safe distance (at least 20 inches) from magnetic storage media and sensitive electronic equipment such as portable hard disks, pacemakers, credit cards, and laptops.
