Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return any item, you may return it within 30 days of placing your order, given that it is in new condition and is in its original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipment. (Express delivery fees are not eligible for refund.) Please e-mail us at info@miraclemindtoys.com and we will provide you with a return address for your package. Please remember, you cannot return your package to our P.O. Box as it will NOT be accepted, you must call or e-mail us for a proper return street address. Please leave a detailed explanation as to why you are returning your item(s) and keep in mind they MUST be in new condition and in its original packaging.
